The annual church picnic at Oak Mountain State Park is on Sunday, June 7th. The gathering is from 4pm to 7pm. This is Shelby Crossings' annual picnic where we play together and celebrate the new life of many through baptism. Don't miss it and tell a friend!
The church is providing the meat, charcoal, ice and paper products. Donations of any of these items or money to defer the cost would be appreciated.
In order to assure that we have everything else, we have made food assignments based on the first letter of your last name.
A and B - 1 (12 count) package each of hamburger and hot dog buns
C, H, W and Z - 1 (12 pack) or variety of 12 COLD drinks
D, E, and F - Cheese and onions for 10 people
G and K - Lettuce and tomatoes for 10 people
I and P - Ketchup, mayonnaise, and mustard for 10 people
L and M - 2 family size bags of chips
S, and T- a side dish to serve 12 and a serving utensil
J, N, O, Q, R, U, V, X, and Y - Dessert with 20 servings
